I had a set of similar headlights on my old EG. The protective covering was glass. I e-mailed the seller about the TYC's and the covers are plastic. But, I've heard a few good things about TYC....

I actually like the way they look on the car but the main thing is the beam pattern oVVn3d the stock housings Fitment also was They were no names from ebay but were really good quality

I kick myself in the a$$ everytime I look at pics of my old hatch Hope she's doing well

 

I can't stand anything from TYC...never been a fan of any aftermarket lighting.

but the white eg looks good
