would be worth it if you're looking for a serious project.

if thats the case, i believe you gotta get everything legit and take it to the highway patrol for inspection. anyone wanna second this? youre gettting a free car. from the pics it doesnt look like youre going to be spending much to bring it back. definitely no more than $1000 if you drop in another D series. even if the wires are hacked up. just hop in the salvage yard and get OEM REPLACEMENTS there.

Just get it for free and sell it to somebody who wants a project, if you dont want it.
Make a little $$ while saving a civic from the junk yard

its free...take it part it out then sell the rest to a junkyard or scrap metal yard...the interior still looks pretty good

If you wanna keep it, then it should become a full race car. IE. You take EVERYTHING out and put only necessary stuff in. This means the wiring wouldn't be a problem.

Or take it and do like posted above. Take it, part it out, and sell the rest to a scrap metal yard.

I would take it in a heartbeat. A few of the cars I have owned have been way worse than that and I had them completed in less than 4 weeks. Jump on it if its free

take it. if anything just part it out.. You can probably make 1500 off random parts. I do it alot with salvage title cars from auction. That car is for surely rebuildable and you can do it. Hondas are easy to work on.. Good luck with the project man! I know these cars like the back of my hand.. Let me know if you have any speficic question. I think you'd be amazed what the car would look like with all the junk and broken parts cleaned out
