b16a ecu's

what is the diff between pr3 and pw0 ecu's? i know pw0 are more rare but are they THAT rare? i mean ive seen fools asking $300+ for them! arent both vtec @ 5200 and red @ 8000?

actually its 4800 and the pr3 came in civics/crx's while the pw0 came in the intgera XSi.
