91 crx si fuel injector problem

91 crx si fuel injector problem

the fuel injectors are staying open and are showing 12volts instead of 0-2volts an teh resistor checked out along with the ecu what could be the possible problems?

anyone anyhelp would be appreciated ive been trying to solve this for awhile(5days) an still cant an i dont wanna get it towed somewhere
