amp wiring/front panel removal?

amp wiring/front panel removal?
i need to run wires along both sides of my car from the trunk to the front but i cant get the panels that run along the edges of the doors off, i tried prying it with little pressure but i broke one of the clips that is under there, can anyone explain how to remove these panels? incase you dont know what panels im talking about, they are the ones that are below the doors when you close the door, thx. Oh i have a 1994 Honda Civic DX Coupe
