Reds- Basically OEM replacement
Yellows (Sport) - Adjustable damping as well as more adaptability to a lower ride height.

It depends, are you going to use them with your OEM springs or put more aggressive lowering springs on them? If you keep an OEM or close to OEM ride height reds will be fine and probably cost less. If you want to lower your car more and have more sporty intentions then the Koni Sports (Yellow) are definitely what you want. They will ride harsher though.

A friend of mine has koni yellow with Neuspeed springs, and swears by them. He claims it to be stiffer and better handling than my Tein SS.

^^^

iam7head the source of knowledge

What setup is better for our 6th gen accord owners? I was thinking about sending the SS to get them rebilt along with stiffer springs.

I would like a set up for X-cross/curcuit, and not for straights only.

TIA
