What are these really off of?

Says JDM SiR but I have never seen them- WTF is a limited edition 2? What is this Bloak trying to sell here.

Looks pretty genuine to me. I believe the SiR models came w/ the earlier B16 engine, which of course we never got here until the del Sol VTEC came out.
