Where do i go to get my intercooler mounts/brackets welded?
well you tell them.

well, thats sounds good in theory, but the measurements would be off wont it? they have to take the bumper off and meaure everything right?

you're going to mount it under your bumper right? it doesnt need to be perfectly symetrical or anything, no one will see it.
just throw two tabs on there and rig it up.
hell ive seen FMIC's held up with wire......yea, scary, i know.

i think i'll just install everything and then JB weld the tabs onto place after i measure it myself using my eyes and align everything to make look as straight as possible.
so my next question is, where do i get the tabs? at any machine shop?

you'er way over analyzing this. there is no wrong or right way to do this. whatever you think works prolly will. head to home depot, get some materials andd maie it! no sense in paying more then you have to.

go to the home depot, get some 3/4 x 3/16 strap aluminum. line it up index it, bend it if needed, take it to the machine shop, have em weld it, and voila. mount it up and go.
