Default PR3 vs. PW0 (stats)

What are the differences, if any, between the PR3 ecu and the PW0 ecu. As I understand it, both ecu's are very similar and both are from B16a1 equipped vehicles. The PR3 is from the Civic/CRX Sir, and the PW0 is from the Integra Xsi.

For my B16 equipped CRX, what would be best to use? Do both ecu's plug into the same wiring harness? The thing is, I already own a PW0 ecu, and I also get the choice of owning another one, either a PR3 or PW0. I am going to get a PR3, and eventually sell one of them. Help me out if anyone knows the differences and all that.

The PR3 ecu has more programs available to be chipped onto it. The PW0 does not have as many.
