how to disable honda stock car alarm?
I lost my only keypad on my 98 prelude and the car alarm wont turn off with my spare key.Whenever i have set it off in the past i had to hit the unlock button on the pad...so i was wondering if anyone could tell me how to disable the car alarm?i mean i drove the damn car back to my house from work the alarm going on while i was driving!ive tried just about all i can think of.anyone please help me out?am i over looking something?

your going to have to call the dealership and prove ownership with a driver license and registration.
no one here will tell you in effect how to bypass the alarm. that illegal and when theives come on this board looking for hondas to steal, oh what you know a thread on how to disarm the factory honda alarm. NOT happening. sorry we can't help
all i can say is call the dealership. your safer getting another remote.
