Default boring & measuring... how much should I pay?

On a a D16A6 block, if I wanted a shop to:

-bore .25mm
-hone and measure the cylinders
-measure for all the bearings

how much should I expect to pay?

My machinist would probably charge $40 per cylinder for boring and $20 per cylinder for honing.

The measuring thing is tricky. You got to find a machinist you can trust 100% or find one that will let you be there when he measures.
