first off i have searched and found some good info but didnt exactly find what i'm lookin for. i've got a 94 del sol vtec. is the p30 manifold on my sol the same as the jdm p30 that some say is the best im to use? should i just stick with this manifold or buy an aftermarket like aebs or blox?

it says on the back of the mani p30. if you have the money might as well get an aftermarket. but i dont know which one is better between jdm and usdm.

I thought B16 manifolds are stamped PR3? Or is that ITR? Or is that heads?

Anyway, I don't think theres a difference in USDM/JDM.

 

if your manifold is stamped in the back p30 then yes it is the jdm one.
i dont know if its the best one. some aftermarket companies like skunk have modified their manifolds, where i am not sure if honda's jdm manifold is.
