Default SOHC VTEC head on SOHC non-vtec block - compression and computer question

Hi Accord people. I have never been here, but i have a couple of F questions.
My buddy is picking up a 94 (i think) accord lx that has a sohc vtec head on a non-vtec head, currently the vtec is not running because of the computer.
I am curious to what the compression is, i cant seem to find a compression calculator for these F-series heads.
Also he has chipped p28 that i was thinking of throwing a map on there, but i dont know how close it will be to stock and not sure if i will have to completely have to tune the thing.
I cant seem to find a good basemap for those, so i will prolly have to tune the sucker
thanks in advance
