Default Integra Spindle Question

I know people use the Integra Spindle and hubs for B-series swaps onto DX model CRXs. My question is can I keep my stock spindles and such and just upgrade to integra brakes? I have found a few brakes kits for the integras that I really like and I'm not upgrading to a b-series for a while because of financial issues. Please let me know if its possible to put integra brakes on a CRX DX and what all I need for it. I already have a rear drum to disc conversion from fastbrakes.com

you need integra steering knuckles, calipers, rotors. thats it, it all swaps right over and bolts right up. i have it on my car it works awesome, and the car brakes fantastic.

you can keep your stock system as long as you dont have a dx, but you need new axles and a halfshat from a 90-93 integra

oh and you have to remove the dust ring or you will have problems with the axles locking

Ya, b-series work with DX hubs. HF is the only problem.

You need the hole front Integra Assembly. You can't just press in the hub. The Caliper mounting points are different. I have this setup on my car. Paid 50.00 a side.

FYI I have a set of SiR CRX Brake assemblies for sale. Same Size as the integras.

well I think I'm going to order the integra brakes then and just go to a junk yard for the spindle assembly. What about booster and MC? any changes there?

You can change them. You'll get a lot better pedal feel! Less travel and firmer pedal.

You definitely need the proportioning valve if you don't have it already with you rear discs.
