I'm trying to trace all the air and coolant lines in and out of the Intake Manifold so I don' t screw up my conversion on my D16Z6. Hook it up!!

i don't have pics but have done the swap and i think i had an extra coolant line that i ended up plugging
don't remember for sure but i will try and take pics when im back in town
what did you do with your IAT sensor
i just left m ine hanging

 

That is the white sensor found on the back/bottom of the D16Z6 correct? I haven't gotten that far yet as to decide what to do with it. Do you think I could grab one from a 2000 Civic Si that mounts in the intake, or is it a different signal? hmmmm

your PM box is your instant message box.. just click that, and it will load a popup window *make sure u have your popup blocker disabled* and it will load with what message the guy sent to you.

It helps to have alot of time to work with so you can sit one down beside the other. I'm still lost on the one thing. . . hoping for an answer soon. I have a friend with a '00 EX I'll take a look and holla.

Which intake manifold is that? it is slightly different from mine.

this doesn't help with intake manifold hose routing.

 

red d16y8 valve cover is nasty looking (not talking **** or anything, just my opinion)
