H23 vs h22 rods

Anyone know what the difference between h22 and h23 rods is? One longer or shorter? bushed, pressed?

h23 is shorter than h22
everything else is the same

all h23 rods are press pin, h22a1 are press pin, and h22a4 are bushed for floating pin
