Default Gauge assembly wiring- 91 std hatch

How many different gauge assemblies were made for a civic from 89 to 91? In order to install a cluster with Tach into a std without tach is any rewiring required? I have searched for diagrams but had no results. This is for a 91 model by the way. I have looked at the helms manual from hybrid-honda, but the more I look, the more confused I get. PLEASE HELP I need to figure this out very soon.

there are many models. 88-89 was the same. 90-91 was the same. if you got a 91 si it should plug right in... I think that's right
