NGK stock # 1283

Counter jockeys can't order by plug number, guys. Have to memorize the stock #.

Last time I tried was 6 months ago, it doesn't pull up spark plugs. They needed NGK stock #, so I sat there and masturbated over the catalogue to find it.

I should clarify, the counter jockeys can drop everything, open up the paper NGK catalogue, and five to fifteen minutes later pull out the part number you need. Since I have one of those catalogues at home and am a LOT more familiar with it that they are, I usually just ask to see it, then feed them a stock #.

If you enter the four digit stock # into the Advanced Auto computer terminal, it takes you right to the part with their SKU so they know what part to pull for you.

30 seconds, or 15 minutes depending on how busy the counter guy is. Your call.

Now, maybe things have changed recently, or ccivic's location has a newer/different computer system, or we were just miscommunicating about whether AA employees could or could easily.

Yeah.. it took my guy a minute or two tops to find them.. not a problem at all. They look everything up in the computer, no catalogues here.
