Cutout diameter on these foglights

I'm lookin at an SiR bumper with cutouts for the square, yellow foglights. I have the round ones.

The cover that comes with the round lights (which is supposed to be installed on the bumper, not with the lights on the bumper support), is square and about that size. Will they fit? Can anyone confirm this?

Ok if noone can answer that can someone tell me if a wiring harness and relay from an ef8 with square fogs will work on an ef civic with the roundies?
