i need help trying to take this hose or line, its connected to the fuel filter or somehitng

 

Impact gun always does the trick for me.

You need a wrench on the bottom (i believe a 19mm) to hold the fuel filter and a 17mm to knock off the top bolt. Its much easier to do it with the filter outside the car.

 

im removing the motor, should i just take the fuel filter instead of taking off the lines

 

Could be bad news if those copper washers are squished in there. Just don't break the bolt.... They're probably pretty expensive

 

If your just pulling the motor then why not take it off from the fuel rail. Take off that light yellow cap thing and take off the 17mm bolt there.

 

i'm just curious. how do you know how to take out a motor and not know how to remove a fuel line?
