Default oil housing o-ring leak?

i had all my seals replaced in my car about a year ago because of oil leakage. But recently i started see oil spots on the garage floor, so i took it back to my mechanic and he told me the cam seal is leaking again, but that it'll be replaced under warranty.

He also said that i have a oil housing o-ring leakage. I'm not really sure where that is at, but he said its really close to the oil filter. He gave me a quote of $180 to fix the o-ring leak including a oil change. Is that a good price? Is it a easy fix that even i can do?
