The best idea is to get someone to turn the wheel while you reach under the car and feel where the vibration is coming from; for the 'moan' noise I'd lay a hand on the strut near the top to see if that is where it is coming from; If you think it is lower, lay down and reach in to where you can touch the rack while some one turns the steering wheel side to side.

first off make sure you got planty of fluid in the sytem ...i have seen a few pressure hoses causing the moan on 90-93 accords..but as
Hondadude says ,, have a helper turn the wheels while you try to locate noise

Is it just a moan that's getting worse? Or does the effort go up? Does it return to center? And where does the noise come from?

There's a S/B for a moan while turning right. Moreso on 91 models but I've seen it in the 92 & 93 models also. It's the seal on the rs of the rack. This can be corrected by getting the Honda additive listed on the Bulletin. The seal can be replaced if needed but the noise is more of an annoyance than a problem.
