That looks a lot like the manifold I think RTErnie has on his Neon. Nice job.

did you make 2 of them? or are they just in seperate cars for testing?

i was just asking cause the wastegate and the color of hte car..

but, fab wise/design wise....looks nice other than wastegate placement..but given that's the accepted wastegate location.....then A+ is the grade

actually its quite easy to access the wastegate while its on the car. in fact you can actually install the manifold with the turbo and gate already bolted together or each piece individually if you like.

appreciate it. yes some welds did get a bit on the hot side and i had to do them without my gas lense cause i had broken the cup half way through the welding process so that didnt help either.

well we have been running the first car for a while yet and not MC failure to date. not to mention its not as close as the images make it seem. we also found a little trick to ventilate the underhood temps alot better making for better cooling just for this particualt application.

god that engine and engine bay design are a pita IMO to work on, looks like a mess just from the dealer. id much rather keep to my old b series and working in the front of the bay. Only K series id boost would be one in a EG or EK, hell its easier to work on a K series in a EG and EK then a damn RSX

i wanna see somebody do a wire tuck to an rsx...maybe then we could actually see the firewall or frame rails.... looks like a wiring cluster **** from the factory.

manifold looks really good, but how did you do the oil return?

the return line runs in between the rear tranny bracket and the block there is a space that you can run the line through so that it stays close to the motors and away from the DP. the turbo has a 45 degree fitting on it as does the oil pan for get the line pointed in the right direction.
