Default Master cylinder

i just replaced my brake pads and rotors on my 88 crx and they still are not working we bled them and everything. for my brakes to work well i have to pump my brake there are no slits in my hoses could it be the master cylinder? any suggestions would help

the way I knew when my master cylinder needed to be replaced was:

Turn the car on, drive it around a bit, let it warm up. Then come to a complete stop. Push and hold the brake pedal. Does it go all the way down to the floor quickly? If it does, you need a new MC.
