blinkers dont work but hazards work 99 civic ex what can it be??? fuse are all good!!!

 

ha this may sound dumb but did you check the bulbs....i had the same type of problem in my old car and it ended up being that there was some corrosion around the bulbs

 

The hazard switch may have gone bad as well.

 

if ALL the turn signal lights flash when the hazards are on, and you are positive all the fuses are good (under hood and underdash) then it has to be something wrong with the switch or the wiring.

If any of the lights do not work when the hazards are on then the bulbs or connections to them are at fault.

Tripple check the 7.5 amp turn lights fuse in the under dash fuse box, make sure that you have 12V on the green/white wire at the hazard switch with the key in RUN.

there are a lot more things to check after that but that is a good start. And I have a feeling those steps will show the problem.
