Can someone tell me what lip this is?

Sorry this is the only pic I have. It's probably a car of someones on here. Figured you guys would know what it is

I know, sorry, I was hoping sooner or later the owner would recognize his/her car. I was thinking it kinda looks like the spoon lip w/out the holes. I would say type-r but its a 99-00, and it doesnt look like the knock-off type r's

I think it's styled after the bottom of this bumper:

Still, I've never seen this lip before. That's my best guess judging from the other pictures though.

i think thats what it might be , i cannot remember but i know that is a copy of an original lip.

that's what i thought initially myself but the copy looks too off.
