Suspension Question
I currently have a 99 civic coupe EX with Eibach drag lowering springs. Right now the car is in storage, but i am planning on changing my struts.
Now do i change the Struts or the Shocks? OR both? Im confused on what should be replaced... does it depend on the year of the car?

here is the automotive definition of a strut, hope this helps.
The main support member in a MacPherson suspension system. The strut also serves as the shock absorber.

which shocks you pick all depends on how low your car is (few are designed for > 2" drop), and how you want the ride to be.
