Default ZC swap to HF...sorry for the long post

okay, after careful consideration(including my budget), and a lot of research, i have decided to go with a dohc obdo zc and zc tranny. for my 89HF the parts i think i need are: zc motor and trany, 90-93 teg axels, 89 teg ecu, my HF wiring harness, si wheel hubs, and an upper radiator hose from a newer integra.

i think all of this is correct. right?

i know i need to change two of the wires off of the dizzy to the exhaust cam sensor. anything else u guys know i should know would be appreciated!

also does anyone know what kind of intake, and headers will fit this motor?

thanks u guys have helped me alot!

you can use your stock axles. You do not need integra axles. I just swapped one in my friends car. You will need rad hoses and you will need to wire up the dizzy. But if you are using the DOHC ZC I know for a fact that you can use your stock axles. You also know that you can use a USDM tranny right?

If I recall, the zc tranny has equal spacing between gears. Most folks use the si tranny for the shorter 1st and 2nd, and the si has a better 5th gear for highway driving.

If you use a usdm tranny, you can use your stock axles, or ones that fit your stock hubs.

I'm in the process of the same swap in my si, and opted for the si tranny...
