Default 93 Civic DX Hatchback All Motor Non-Vtec Build

I been a big fan of an all motor non-vtec build and use to have a 92 Civic VX Hatchback that had a JDM B20B and Si tranny in it. My fastest 1/4 mile was a 14.34 and 1/8 mile was a 8.94. I still have the Civic but it has been t-boned so I went and bought me a 93 Civic DX Hatchback and now came across a B20Z2. I am supposed to be getting a Type R tranny but if I don't then I will be going with the Si tranny when I do the swap in the 93. I am hoping to get me a 13 second Civic with an all motor non-vtec build. Here is what I will be adding to the B20Z2:

Tusdo Catback
Stock LS Cat
DC Sports 4-2-1 2 piece header
Skunk2 Intake Manifold
Bored Out GSR Throttle Body
Reactive Intake

I am in the process of finishing my head that has been ported and polished with a three angle valve job. I will be adding Crower springs and retainers then cams. My question is, should this put me in the 13s? Let me know what I need to add or take away.

E-racing is not popular here...

But if you insist, try the drag racing forum...

Well, if this is in the wrong section then please mods, feel free to move it. I placed it here since it was car related.
