Would adjustable cam gears be worth it for an H23 with Crower stage 1 cams? How much power could I expect to pick up vs stock gears?
It really depend on what you mean by being "worth it" you might get 5 whp out of gear adjustments.
It it were me I would just stay with OEM, because they are stage one cams and probably do not require retuning anyways.

Yeah but look at your setup: I'm talking about if you put some stage ones on a stock ECU, stock motor.
H22a4
Type S pistons, rods, rings
Fully built Skunk 2 Head, skunk 2 cam gears, High compression valves, dual valve springs, titanium retainers, and stage 1 cams.
Milled head.
Throttle body bored out 65mm (www.maxbore.com)
Port and polished manilfold (removed butterflies) and port matched with the throttle body.
Mild port and polished head matched with the manifold and throttle body.
Hondata intake manifold gasket
Aem short ram intake w/ heatshield
Aem fuel rail
Aem fuel pressure regulator
Aem fuel filter
Aem pullies
Dc cermainc headers ( I know they suck)
MSD 6al and MSD external blaster coil
H23 tensioner manuel conversion
NGK copper plugs
MSD spark plugs wires
Test pipe with custom 2.5 in. exhaust
All tuned on NEPTUNE with P72 ECU
and you have a header, not headers

I would suggest them if you have the time and money to spend at the dyno as well. Dont look at how much max power you will gain. Look at power under the curve. Adjustable cam gears will allow you to fine tune your power band.

wat the....so then do they really benefit anythin??? cuz wit all my setup and i only have 225hp and 158 torque wit stock cam gears, if i out differnt one in, will it help anythin at all????
Well, they can move your powerband up or down in the rpm range, depending on if you advance or retard them both. Also if you feel you have too much overlap you can dial it out by retarding one and advancing the other. They do have their reasons for existance.
