Default Type R throttle body

Is this a type R throttle body on my 99 si? I was told it was. I am just curious to what the vacum nipple on top is for. And my manual shows the throttle body should have 3 coolant lines to it, this has only 2. One in from intake, one out to iacv, and another out to engine oil cooler. Thanks for help.

yeah itrs are 62mm plus if he put this on stock manifold without port matching it its uselless because i think the port on a b16 manifold is only 60 mm.... unless he put an itr manifold on or an aftermarket one.

I think that nipple on the top is for the charcoal canister.

Thanks guys, I did shove my finger down there and didnt feel the manifold lip, so its port matched. Also, I dont need that nipple since my car is obdII and the evac takes car of the charcoal canister, correct?? So it being capped off is okay? Thanks
