Default silverstar headlights

94 Civic Dx Coupe
i just bought a pair of them, #9003 matches the stock H4 plugs. they run at 4000 kelvin, very very white. def a cheaper alternative to true hid. but huge improvement over stock, my .02 and

anyone else have a comment for them?

They're good, but I rather shell out the money for true HID.

i just some saturday cause my passenger bulb burnt out...

i love em..... more visability than stock and theyre not that pricey!!

I would too but how much cheaper is a pair of lightbulbs compared to a decent HID kit...

There isnt a decent hid kit...unless you do retrofit youre more likely than not just going to get garbage. Bad parts, glare, frying your harnesses, etc.

some ppl get lucky and these lasts. other ppl replace them often enough to have just gone straight to hids. i kno a guy that went thru 4 sets in a year. and then turn around and kno a kid taht has had them for almost 2 years. but the color is ok. brighter then stock? maybe a little haha.
