Default GC Spring Rates?

I'll be ordering a Koni Yellow/GC package this coming week. I need some spring rate advice. Here's what I'm looking for - this car is my DD so I'd like the ride to be stiff but not race car stiff. I'll also be autocrossing occasionally but just occasionally. I hear 400/450 lb is race car stiff and 300/350 lb might be what I'm looking for. What GC springs do you guys have and what would recommend for my application?

I'm running spring rates 400F/450R on my car and they are FANTASTIC.

This is my daily driver and I'm SUPER picky on my setup as I have to drive my fiance around in this car.

If yr car is ONLY a DD, then go for the softer setting...if you will ever track it, go for the 400/450.

happy new year!
