Default Ef headlight adjustment

I just bought the sylvania silverstars for my 91 cx hatch and they are wikid except.......the beam points down so you only see about 2 metres in front. The high beams are perfectly aimed however the low beams are soo of.

I was told about a philips screw you have to turn at the back of the light assemby. I see one but it is right beside the high beam so im assuming that one changed the high beam point. The low beam screw doesnt seem to be anywhere within visible view let alone access.

I searched an all I found was how to adjust a JDM ef lighting however thats not me.
Anyone have any input on how to do the headlight adjustment.

ok, hood open, look at your headlights from the front

there is a LONG screw that is located at the top of the headlight just about the middle of the light

screw that in/out depending on what level it needs to be at.

ok that one I know about...however if I adjust it so it shines straight im worried the hood wont close properly...I just wanted to know if there was a way to adjust the actual bulb direction like the slightly newer hondas...but if this is the only way...then ill opt for it too

you screw the bulb into a static position, then adjust the entire assembly w/ the screw

it sounds like you have the bulb installed ****-eyed. It doesnt make much sense your regular lights would be off but your brights would be ok since they are side by side (level)

ya im not 100% sure how the assembly can be tweaked however what i mean by the high beams is that when they are on and you look at them(lol...not from close) the brightest point is in the middle of the light so thats good as they are doing their job.
However for the low beams you have to almost have your head lower than the bumper to see the brightest point...resulting in a crappy beam distance that is only a few metres in front for the drivers side low beam and a couple more for the pass side..I know its effed up but I will try my best to look for any other adjustment screws as I have no clue if these lights have or do not carry the adjustment ability to adjust the beam direction...
