Im looking for suspension for my Ej for autoXin. i am going to get the "race" springs vs the "sport" just wondering what your experience is with the two.

I've had the H&R sports on my hatch and they rode great.

i replied to one of your posts in the suspension forum btw, and both are good springs (i've used both on my coupe for auto-x). i would go with the h&r race springs, just because they drop lower than the neuspeed race springs.

only because i like the lower drop. the h&r's race springs drop up to 2.75 in the front and 2.5 in the rear on a 96-00 civic which is what i wanted (see http://www.hrsprings.com for applications) while the neuspeed's drop 2.25 f and 2.0 r......

both handle great, but the h&r's are stiffer than the neuspeed race's so i noticed they do a tad bit better in the corners.

I have H&R sports and I like them a lot. No experience with other springs.
