Default Clutch question - 95 Prelude S.

I have a 95 Prelude S. The clutch is starting to slip so I am going to replace the clutch.
My friend has a 94 Accord with the F22B (SOHC VTEC) and is eventually putting a H22 in. He's giving the F22B to me since I have the F22A. My question is what would you suggest the best clutch kit I should get that that'll be equally great for both motors. So far I have come up with:

Any help would be great.

Are you leaving the engine stock? I've heard good things about the exedy oem replacement kit(my friends sh is what we installed that into and ive driven it). Im using an oem pressure plate, act friction disc and it holds the power of my jdm h22.

Well more than likely the engine will be stock. So you think just an OEM kit would do the trick?

I guess this is just me butt, i really like spec clutches , and they actually give torque specs with thier products. I wouldnt buy a clutch with out a rated torque capacity i hate that 100 percent blah blah over this and that, but like i said maybe its just me.
