hi, had battery and alt. tested out ok.dont know what else to do its a 81 prelude ,,im a woman of course i do understand english(so far)appreciate any info thanks

 

im pretty sure that your alternator is going out, it might barely have enough charge for now but i think it is in the works of going out.... has your car had trouble starting or anything has your battery died have you had any problems like that or is the light just on randomly??

 

i had a simular problem because the clip to the plug that plus up into my alternator broke and drained the battery but that was my problem just telling past expierences to help you out
