Default Fuel pump on B16 EF???

What is everyone running, I am told most b series pump will work. I was thinking of getting a new Holley pump. How much flow do I need, pretty stock B16 with average bolt-ons.

It depends on how well the stock pump is performing, I used to have an Si with 213000 miles on it and the fuel pump couldn't keep up. I've got a DX now with 103000 and it seems to be doing fine. Just get a A/F and/or FP gauge so you know where you're at. I hear that dropping the tank is a real bitch.
