Bad Ignition switch.
Honda had a recall on 5th Gen Accords for this and similar failures. The electrical portion of the switch wears over time and sometimes looses a connection or two.
A call to your local Honda Dealership might be worthwhile on the next business day (Monday's New Years observed, right?) and ask them if your car is involved in the ignition switch recall.
You'll have to deal with Honda anyway for the switch. Places like Deathzone AutoParts and Farts America will not carry it.
