i need to know whats wrong with my civic. i think is the fuel pressure regulator but i don't know. so if someone could help me out i apriciated very much.

my car starts and like u leave it alone and it like it tends to turn off but it doesn't.the rpms are normal but then all the sudden go down as if almost to shut down but it doesn't, then they go up again. what could it be

 

at idle will some times drop the rpms coming close to stalling and then raises the rpms to about 1500.checked that out just know
