Default Water leaking in from the top of driver side door

Can someone help me with this? I'm getting a leakage from the top of my driver side door somehow.....it looks like the door is not closing all the way from the top that is....I could probably be from a time someone tried to bust in my car and the top of the door is not align right.....Can anyone tell me how to fix this? It's getting annoying.....also if you close the door and you feel the top corner the the seat belts you can put you finger through there and feel the weather strip where as on the passenger side you can't feel anything cause it's nice and tight against the trim

To be honest, I think the only way is to grab the top corner of the door and pull it back. It really doesn't wreck anything.
