thats a lil bit pricey for a used dizzy..lmk if ur willing to drop that price buddy

 

gettin it around here for that, maybe a little

 

i know a couple of shops that sell jdm ones for $100 and $125. with 3-6 month warranty. theyre in sacramento tho.

I got an obd1 LS modified for vtec motor (one leg removed) used but worked fine when removed. Has harnesses still attached etc. $75 shipped through paypal.

is that safe to run with? is timing steady? hows idle?

 

I have never had a problem with it, it is mostly done on OBD0 b16 swaps...cause they use to be harder to come by so people would buy the US spec LS dist. and use it in DA's and EF's.

This one I just did it cause I am a cheap bastard lol

Check with some of the members that have been around for a while, they can let you know.

Hey man, if you try to settle for a used one you will probably be buying another one within a few months. I had major dizzy nightmares about a year ago trying to save money just like you but just ended up spending more money in the long run. Distributer king sales brand new units for $199.00 shipped on Ebay and they are covered by a 3 YEAR warranty!!!!! You just can't beat that!!!!! I have not had a problem since and I have seen quite a few people on here that went the same route. Just spend the $199.00 and be done with it! here is the link
