Default p72,p28,p30,hondata,unberdata

Here's the deal.. I'll admit it.. What I know about these systems is only whats on the surface. I'm looking to get the right set up for my n/a h22.. I've been reading H/T for about 6months and there is alot of members I respect..I believe a p72 and hondata is the right way to go..But on the other hand my boys are telling me I could save on the hondata and just have a custom chip burned on a p72 and tune on a laptop and get the same results..I tired telling them there crazy but they won't here me though. So what are the facts?Staying n/a + nitrous

if youre not trying to spend the money for hondata..i would use chrome rather than uberdata...a few tuners ive talked to seem to like it much better than uberdata...

chrome is just like hondata...free software and all you have to do is socket the ecu and then burn the chip after you tune..

the p72 is the way to go if you want to keep normal control of your intake butterflies, but if youre comfortable with leaving them open all the time you can open them and plug the vacuum line and then hae your tuner tune from there...thats how my friend has his because he already had a p28...which is way cheaper to procure

Do you lose any mid range power by leaving them open..Is crome like having a chip burned or does it give you access to more tunning capabilities..I know what a noob question
