Default Hey check this out......VERY IMPORTANT

I had a friend who went to dynospeed racing and got shafted up pretty bad. Long story short, his 98 cobra had 42k miles on it and he put a procharger on it and took it to dynospeed to tune it and they shafted him and blew his engine. I was saying cause they also tune Honda's. I know him personally and his car was stout until he took up there and he was boosting w/ only 6psi on a cobra motor. They finally called him after having it 6 weeks and told him the engine was locked up and they were very sorry but he owed 2100 dollars and they gave him a car that was totally f"ed. He got it back w/ it tore apart and didn't even get I'm a sorry. He found out the car was washed out w/ gas and it had to do w/ to much rich tuning. He's taking them to court and I want my fellow people to spread the word that he's having to take them to court to get his money back and everybody beware! Word?

If he signed a waiver before hand, he's **** up a creek.

Otherwise... Chances are he won't see any $$ anyways. They can claim it was fubar'd before it came in, esp. since he put the charger on himself. Basicly, if you want it done right, do it yourself, or stick around looking over their shoulders...

It sucks though, he should have known better than to trust a ford. Erm, uhh I mean ford-tuner.
