1999 accord lc v6 coupe
Unless Majestic Honda (and Honda Parts Corporate) is lying, the V6 Lx has a rear bar (note attached link) At Least for the '99 model year

#3 in the illustration. If it was not OE, it won't be listed for that application

You can always upgrade though, 2nd and I believe 3rd gen TL sways bolt on to the stock one, you want to replace the mounts and bushing stuff though since it's 6 years old

I Found a 1998 V6 LX with 90K on it for 7K and it is in mint condition so I am thinking about getting it, It does not have a sunroof so how much do you think it would be to add one similar to the factory one?

I have an aftermarket roof in my current accord and it does not leak. It's a nice roof made by American Sunroof Corp. Car is 12 years old so I am quite sure that if done correctly, a good aftermarket roof will not leak.
Absolutely, they're installed every day of the year with great success. It's an avenue worth looking at.
If you're really hot for the factory (no lip, flush mount ect) buy a roof clip from a '98 - 99 Accord (cut off low on the pillars) and have it grafted onto yours. The structural integrity of the car would be maintained and you'd have the headliner and everything else needed.
