aem cam gear settings?

Default aem cam gear settings?

anyone had any dyno time with b-16 adjusting the cam gears. i have a 99 si naturally aspirated with just bolt ons. and i was wondering if anyone knows how i should set my cam gears to make a little more. so if anyone has done any dyno tuning and knows how i should set them let me know please.

every motor is different.. go get a tune.. if ur stock.. dont bother right now

im far from stock but i dont have money to spend on dynoing. i have intake header testpipe catback itr throttle body and itr manifold itr ecu itr trans itr cams underdrive pulleys.

if thats all you have done the motor internally is stock..leave the cam gears at 0

u could always cut the timing cover, or valve cover and add to the bling factor....

im not cutting my valve cover one because i had it powder coated red and two because thats gay

Skunk2 Ti Dual Valve Springs
Valves Adjusted
AEM Cam Gears I+2 E-1
B&M FPR w/ Gauge (41psi)
AEM CAI w/ Bypass Valve
Bosch Platinum +4 plugs
Onsoku 9.5 mm wires
Stock Block
JDM ITR Header 4-1 w/ 2.5 collector
made 165whp/113wtrq@8700rpm
Chipped P28 tuned Uberdata

its actually not gay if it serves a function... i u ever owned a boosted d-series and paid for dyno time.. u would understand that it saves alot of time and money having the cut out.. since u hafta pull the valve cover off just to get the timing cover off ne way..nothing homo erotic about that...

well if your not gonna have them tuned on a dyno theres no ******* point having them eithre
stop being a cheapass, spend the money to dyno or dont use them. blindly adjusting your cam timing will not do you any good.

I cant belive you've gotten this far with car, oh ya wait its not far, especially not far enough to need CAM GEARS!!!!!!!!!
