I just purchased a used ractive axle back exhaust. My car ran great before i put this new exhaust on it. Now whenever i start my car it idles really rough and almost stalls and it cuts out whenever i rev it. The engine sounds great past 4,000rpm's. Also my oil smells like gas so i think im getting too much fuel in the cylinders. How can i fix these problems????

 

Check your muffler bearings...



Maybe someone jammed something in the exhaust before you bought it?

 

Sounds more like a timiing problem.
