so the heater hose broke last weekend and i fixed that in my friends car. now the car is sparking i belive due to a wire harness meltdown. is that possible the coolant melted the wires and can it be fixed without a new harness and if not what is a ballpark price for a harness

 

take off the harness and check it out for yourself. you can always cut the damaged wire and solder a new piece back on. Easy as hell. Sometimes when a ground isnt properly connected it will also spark. so watch that too
