thats exactly what i was gonna say... I think you should get it done professionally and even though itll cost some cash, it may save you a whole lot later, just something for you to check out.

whats sucks about uberdata, chrome and hondata is that its not obdII compatible.
which is 1 reason why my turbo is not on my car yet. i do have a FMU, but i dont think its worth the wild to run my turbo with a fmu.
im am currently looking at a Greddy emanage ultimate. Its a fairly new product and its about 600 for the complete piggyback and harness.
its gonna end up to costing me a good grand for the unit and to tune that bitch.
another reason why im not installing the turbo yet, is because i might just go all out and get a new block by some company i forgot makes it, new pistons and rods.
i can sleeve my block but for the price of 850, i can buy a new one at i forgot where or who but yeah, when i remember, i'll let you know.
anyone knows what i am talking about? its some company here in the US. they offer rebuilt or new blocks which are already sleeved. the blocks do not have B18 or whatever on them, but has the company name on it. the block is black in color?

Yeah im going with the obd2 to obd1 conversion as well. I thought at first the blue box would be a safe bet with obd2 but i wasnt happy at all and the car ran like ****. I bought the ecu for 100 bucks and the harness for another 75. dyno tune for maximum power gains....priceless.

Yes, it "REALLY WORKS". It's safe to a point where you shouldn't souly depend on it to tune your car, but rather only use it as a tool to help smooth out the maps a bit before you go in and do the manual fine tuning. If you do it right, and you know what your doing... Autotune is GREAT!

Well... What do you peeps recommend I do? I am goign to put on the turbo kit myself (100% sure of this :D) Now, as far as tuning... Should I just take it a professional? and have them do it , and then just invest in a system for personal use after that? Or should i just start doing it myself? I really dont wanna spend money to peeps to do it, cause if i do it once, i wont forget... not sure what i should do as far as tuning... anyone know of someone good in Houston? Thanks agian for any help.
in order to tune...you need more than a rom editor or a standalone...you need a wideband...first youd street tune the car to get the A/F in the safe...then youd need to eventually get on a dyno to dyno tune that way you can fine tune partial throttle settings and pick up any loose ends missed during the street tune

i'd take the time and money and have a pro do it and have it done right the first time. just watch what he's doin and ask tons of questions.
