Window not operating after door swap

Window not operating after door swap
I just swaped a 95' vtec door to my 93' S because it was hitted before. However, I'm afraid the wires plug is the same? the window is not working anymore on BOTH side!! Is there difference between the two? I only know the power mirror switch is not there anymore.
